Sydney Airport Transfer covers personal injured liabilities for all booked persons while you will be traveling on our vehicle under insurance policy.

Alcohol

Sydney Airport Transfer allows Alcohol consumed only some of our Stretch Limousine if is accepted by the company.   Clients take full responsibility that all alcohol brought and consumed in the hired vehicle is done the persons over 18 years of age.

Food

Sydney Airport Transfer don’t allow the food to consume in the vehicle at any time any circumstances.

Smoking

Sydney Airport Transfer don’t allow smoking and use of any form of illegal substance in the vehicle.

Misconduct

Sydney Airport Transfer may terminate the vehicle hire or eject any person or persons that are, in the drivers opinion of acting inappropriately, dangerously during the vehicle booking period. The company will not provide any refund for a terminated hire. 

Damaging Vehicle and Equipment

Client may be liable for any incidental  damage to the vehicle or equipment by any passenger during the hire period of booking.

Cleaning Fees

There is  cleaning fees will be attract due to inappropriate manner, illness and miss use of the vehicle during the booking  period and our cleaning fee cost is $220.00.

Credit Card & Contact Information

Payment made by Credit Card will attract 1% service fee on MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Diners Club and 5% on Cabcharge.

Sydney Airport Transfer never disclose the customer profile to third party. Your personal information may include yours: 

• full name
• address
• phone numbers
• credit card details
• date of birth
• email address

Our online booking services require users to provide some personal information in order to use their service. Your personal information and assess whether you are secured happy to pass on these details on our reservation form. Sydney Airport Transfer never apply on inappropriate or illegal use of information, disclosing personal information. We use SSL certificate for the customer security.

NOTE: Sydney Airport Transfer reserves the right to cancel the Online Booking and you will be refunded the full (100%) amount of booking cost.
